COMPREHENSIVE PRACTICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Your practice will be allocated to a dedicated
    Practice Manager, who will manage the
    administration process of your practice.
  • You practice will be supplied with a discipline specific
    claims template form, either printable or electronic, to
    be completed and forwarded to PMO for processing.
  • The template will then be data captured, invoiced
    and eClaimed.
  • The Credit Control Department will take over from this
    point onwards to ensure speedy recovery of debt and
    accurate allocations of confirmed payments.
  • Month end reporting to the practice is standard
    procedure, although also available anytime upon
    request.

These processes will be professionally and humanely executed always taking in consideration that these remain clients of the practice. We are always polite but firm, striving to maintain a positive relationship with your patients, providing the Practitioner with peace of mind that all administration is professionally taken care off.

  • Service is charged on collections only. Customized to each individual practice. Ranges between 1% to 8%. (A minimum charge applies)
  • Your practice will be given functions restricted access
    to your live database, using a client side version of our
    Practice Management Software for generation of
    accounts, onsite billing and eClaiming, the use of the
    diary fuction, as well as viewing and printing rights on
    statements, and reports.
  • The Practice Management Software will assist with
    patient information validation and auto correction, as
    well as live eClaim assessment.
  • Your practice will be allocated to a dedicated Credit
    Control Manager to ensure speedy recovery of debt
    and accurate allocations of payments.
  • Month end reporting to the practice is standard
    procedure, although also available anytime upon
    request.

PRACTICE ASSISTANCE

Not all practices require a full off-site practice administration solution but rather some assistance in managing the overwhelming workload associated with their day-to-day task. This is where PMO can step in and assist with the time consuming processes of collection.

If you start a practice it can be quite overwhelming to deal with all the administrative tasks that are required to create a smooth payout process.

If your practice is growing, it might be your desire to expand or improve your practice image. In many cases your bank and or other practice details change and this can be a real administrative pain to update.

  • Login access with medical aid websites

For this to be successful we will need a number of specific documents to be signed and certified. You will receive an email with clear instructions of what to do which will make the update quick and easy.
